need builds for Gwen and Xandra

Hi guys,

so i've never played a mesmer or rit char before and know very little about them. i've currently got my razah setup as channeling with offering of spirit etc - that standard build. Now that Gwen is out, im thinking i should get a nice build for Xandra so i can run two rits at once since my Razah pwns so much. I also want a good PvE build for Gwen (mesmer) - I've never once used a mesmer hero either (Norgu looks lame lol).

Please post good skill builds for these two along with rune/wep recommendations if you can. Money for me is not an object - i'll equip them as well as i can.
