Has anyone else gotten the Hero's Handbook, the one that wasn't available during last weekend's preview?

Did you notice that all the quests you did last weekend have to be repeated to be entered in the Handbook?

"Thank you for playing the preview weekend. Now go out and do it again!"

At this point in time I don't even know the purpose of the Hero's Handbook, but in my opinion this sucks.
