Elusive Golemancer??

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there are any pre-req's to doing this quest? I found the worker golem, killed a bunch of sentry golems, now the gate won't open and I have been all over the map 50 times and tried to see if other golems would opent the gate to no avail. The gate lever say's 'you are not stong enough to yadda, yadda, find something that is. All the golems say is 'invalid command' or 'golem offline'. Any help would be appreciated.

One of the two golems in the very first room will follow you and pull the lever for you.

You've gotten to the Elusive Golemancer from doing Blimm's Lab Space quest, right?
If so, Blimm activated one of the worker golems before you entered the dungeon. If you click on them, on one of them an option should pop up that allows you to open the door.
If that isn't so, and you've been doing the Lab Space quest, then something must be bugged.

Not sure which part you are describing, but in the big room you can take 2 golems to follow you; just step in the plataforms and they will sit on them, opening the gate.

EDIT" I fully expect to be called a noob and get flamed on this, that's ok if I get the answer..." Sometimes the golem is blocked by a rock, if this happens just do /resign and restart, make sure he follows you on a cleanpath.

You need to find 3 Worker golems and have them follow you to the pedestals. Once all three are in place the door will open. Yes they're in the room after you cross the fire traps. Look around the entire room after you kill the hostile golems. Click on them and they'll follow you

Thanks all, only had 1 golem with me. Will try again and get all 3. Will also watch out for the 'clear path' potential problem. EDIT:Evray, yes you are correct, I got there from the Blimm quest, but only 1 golem would respond. EDIT2: Evray, yes got the golem to respond, but after fighting a bunch of sentry golems he stopped and any time I clicked on him he would just say 'invald command'. Gonna try it again............will let you know the results....

When it happened to me I thought that maybe he got heavily or too) damaged by the other golems. So I tried killing the golems faster and only took two to fight at the same time (I was hero/henching), and maybe I also healed him can't remember, but that worked for me at least.

Either way, if it happens that he won't open the door after you command him, just redo.
