I get to 92% installation and it gives me an error message: Disk Full!
My disk is not full, I've got 16G of free disk space. And yes, I've tried installing without anti-virus running to no avail.
Anyone else have this problem?

Well, you've got most of the content then. I'd just run -image and you'll be ready to go. Guild Wars can simply download any content you don't have (if you don't mind the occasional download in-game, you don't even have to do that. The only thing you REALLY need from the box is the Key.

What file format are you using, FAT32 or NTFS! Under FAT32 you'll run into problems due to the gw.dat's filesize.

It's FAT32. I just checked gw.dat and it's 4.2GB. I did a defrag of this file and it reduced the size down to 3.1GB. Then tried another install and failed again, checked the file and it was back up to 4.2GB.
Any suggestions on what to do now?

Just add Access Key in Log in screen(below log in bar) log in run normal game do quest or map there if already there from pre-order and the game will upload itself, the whole reason its failing to install is because u have not added access key, i had the same problems with NightFalls wen i 1st got it..

I think I solved it. Converted my file system to NTFS and it worked.
Note to other people that have all campaigns: You need to convert to NTFS because your gw.dat file gets bigger than FAT32 can handle.
Thanks a lot for the help guys.
