I know this is going to sound harsh, but after 24 hours of people posting "how do i get to gwen" in Lions Arch it gets to you!
1) Have you actually bought the game and entered the key?
You wont have access just if you bought the pre-order pack. The pre-order pack only gave you access to the preview weekend and you have to actually buy it.
2) If you did that, there is an NPC in Lions Arch that gives a VERY EASY quest to find the entrance to GWEN!
I honestly worry about people, especially if it someone who has been playing the game for a while and should be a bit more clued-in.
They have done this twice now with adding two new campaigns and each time they put a new NPC in the capital cities to start a quest to get access.
Why would they change the format?
Sorry that i'm being an arse, but it just seems that kind of thing that would be obvious if you have reached level 20 and understand how Anet do their quests!
Not to mention that guildwiki.net now has a huge explanation about how to gain access!!!!
