Why no Hard mode in GW:EN
ele pl
I dont see hard mode in expansion i dont know why. I hope A-net will enable hard mode button in this part of guild wars. I realy want to have r10 in each 4 titles and i can do this only by vanquishing every area

Gaile said there will be Hard Mode, can't get the link to her post atm. They'll add it in later.
Solas
no one said there wasnt,
i like to think of it this way, wait an extra 2-4 weeks for for gwen to release with HM
OR
play gwen no and play HM in 2-4 weeks

If you consider GWEN has all High End Locked Chests, and the mobs that i have seen so far go up to lvl 28... it's essentially all HM.
The Great Al
what, no it's not.
Whirlwind
By appearances sure, doesn't make it challenging tho (

GWEN has been out a whole two days and you already want to move onto hard mode? Perhaps try chilling out a bit and taking your time?
Willow O Whisper
They need to balance it first(some of the dinosaurs is to damn imba), Change the monster skills for hm and so.

The raptors patrol too much.. I was fighting a 6-pack of Raptors (as if that isn't hard enough) and just then 2 more groups come and I have NO chance of survival...
Burst Cancel
Raptors are the least of the dinosaur worries, I think. Bring Herta for wards, run Aegis, or bring blinds, and even really bad pulls are manageable.
Some of the enemies feel kind of hardmode-ish, but there's still a significant gap in difficulty. Aside from the universally higher levels, the faster attack/move speed of HM enemies is a major issue.

The really nasty dinosaurs are the Triceratops. Silver Armour, high defense, close range attackers...it's like dear god. Heh they ar killable but more of one of those mobs you avoid unless you have to fight them *sitting on a chest or blocking path*
Though as mentioned before it may be too early for hardmode. They want players to get the hang of it, maybe see where players are finding it too tough or too easy and see what areas need beefing in HM and what areas are already good.
Or they may not add it at all, mobs are already high level, dungeons are tough at times especially some of the traps/tricks they have in them.

Yup. Plus lots of mobs have extremely nasty skill sets that you don't even see in Hard Mode usually.. as well as dual professions.

ok that is this what i need to hear. I will wait. Problem is-i pass Gw:EN storyline and i am little bored. Mobs are too weak for me if no hm realse, also i want vanquish areas and dungeons to gain r10 reputations ranks

if your bored then max the Norn, Drawf, Asura and Vanguard titles. Max out the master of the north titles. The storyline isnt the only thing to do.

And that is interesting, how?
It is like staring at a blank wall after a while. Sure there are variations in the spawns and the party compositions, but still it is like my wall, where the paint has unique and distinct patterns...

Sprites
