This is the first build I'm submitting so id like constructive criticism not flaming.
Also if this build already exists somewhere else sorry.
This build is meant to spam high damage spells in pve and pvp
Ele Attunement (e management)
Air Attunement (e management)
Aura of Restoration (cover enchant and heal)
Lightning Hammer (non-projectile spell 106 @ 16 AM;25% AP)
Lightning Orb (projectile spell 106 @ 16 AM; 25% AP)
Blinding Flash (to make those annoying Wammos go away)
Purge Conditions (keep yourself healthy)
Storm Djinn's Haste (Sometimes you just need to run away, too many wammos on you ect.)

Equipment:
I run this build with a Hale Air Staff of Enchanting
some kind of health buff (mine is +27)
Enchantment buff, i run mine with +20% (lets you keep those enchantments up longer, because recasting ele attune and Aura are you only major mana drains as long as you re cast before they end)
Usage:
Usage is pretty simple. cast ele attune, the air attune, then aura
After That spam away with lightning hammer and Orb
Blind any wammos, sins, or dervishes that come after you, then give them the hurt.
Use Djinn's Haste to escape risky situations
Use purge mainly on serious conditions (dazed, crippled)
And thats that, my first submitted build.

280dmg over 9 seconds

Vs. 80 AL
Each attack does 106 dmg
23 5/9 dps
212dmg over 9 seconds

Vs. 100 AL
Each attack does 83 dmg
18 4/9 dps
166 dmg over 9 seconds

Vs. 100 AL is the only time the dps will drop below that of -10 degen
1/2 recharge time weapon mods will raise the dps

Looks pretty solid, a few things though
Unless you're in AB or FA, you need a rez. I'd toss purge conditions for it.
Aura of restoration is a pretty terrible self heal. Mystic regeneration is way better.
Storm djinn's haste is a really good skill, in PvE it's not always necessary though. Gale or enervating charge fits well in that slot too. Storm djinn's haste is a fine choice, though.

I was thinking that Energy Blast would be seeing some use on an Air Spiking build.
It's a nice way to initiate a spike although the attunements won't give you energy from casting it...I don't know

I originally had [skill]Energy Blast[/skill] in there but it took too much energy, with the dual attunements hammer only takes 4 e and orb takes 3 and throwing a skill like that in there would deplete my energy
