I attempted to purchase GW:EN through the online store today. However, after filling out all the information, and continuing, I got a "FRAUD SUSPICION" box that popped up and was unable to complete the transaction. I don't understand. What causes this?
Also, something that may or may not be relevant: the in game store displays the price in pounds. Not sure why, as I am in America.
Fraud suspicion?

I had that fraud thing too, it's their store. Just contact support. They asked me for zip code and last 4 digits of the card I wanted to use. I tried two cards from two different banks, both were Visa. Both had issues despite having money in the bank.
They were really quick to help me out so I could buy Prophecies last week

Another thing to consider is where your card was issued in relation to where you are now.
I had the same issue recently, as I was on holiday when I tried to purchase from the in-game store. Because I was attempting the transaction in a country other than my home country (ie not the country that the card was issued in), the store would not process the transaction and popped up the "fraud suspicion" note - I literally had to wait until I got home before I could make any transaction in the in-game store.
The "support" response was not encouraging, did not solve the problem and their attitude (after the first automated responses) was 'wait until you get home' - I eventually just went on a mission to find a real-life shop and buy the pre-release bonus pack, just to access the weekend.
