If I was to use a shield with say the inscription "Soundness of Mind" and a Rune of Recovery..would the 20% Dazed reduction stack to a 40% dazed reduction?

If it says "(non-stacking)" it stacks, and if it says "(stacking)", boy let me tell you, it doesn't stack.
