there is a problem with my account please help me

when i open the game and after put my id and pw it tell me that i am not auotherized to play this game and go to store to buy the game
and i played this game for 1 month and i have two char on it and i send 5 msg to official site on support department and they tell me we are now resolve your problem and nothing happened please anyone tell me what i can do? i attach pic for the problem

I assume you have just ended on your trial key?

All this means is that your trial is up and you need to buy the game to continue playing.

Or, you have been banned and need to re-purchase the game to continue.

Other than that, theres nothing much you can do but keep e-mailing NCsoft.

Look here, a lot of people are having the same problem. You have to contact Guild Wars Support about this.
