3rd Vision in HoM not working

OK, I finished with the Norn area and I start playing through the asura quests and I see the "You feel the Eye of the North calling you" message.

I did not go to get it right away and I completed the rest of the asura quests and now when I got to HoM I cannot view vision 3, it says there is nothing to see in the scrying pool.

Is this vision just gone now? Will I never be able to see vision 3 and what about vision 4 is that gone too?

Do I need to complete the Destroyers quest in order for it to reset?

Any help anyone can offer would be appreciated.
