Changing Password

Hello,

I'm having some trouble changing my game account password.
The problem is that when I log in and go to edit account, it redirects me to the PlayNC website. When I log into my account on the PlayNC website, it says I do not have any game accounts linked to my PlayNC account.
I can not add my game accounts to my PlayNC account because it says my serial codes are invalied.

Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do so I can change my password?
I still have all of my serial cards, in case I would need them.
