Ok first off I didnt just go to post this without searching first. I did a search here for Ninja Mask and no results and I scanned the first 10 pages and didnt see it. Wiki .... both Wiki's dont have the info. Classic Wiki has a pic and I believe one of the pics showing male ritualist armor the guy was wearing a ninja mask.
They do exist so where do you get them ???
My Sins is in desperate need for full stealth gear.
Help us out if you know where they can be crafted and whats the cost.
Also... is there a better source for info than both Wiki's and Guru ? Im amazed by how both Wiki's are blank for most items atm.

No it would be its standard 80 armor,

First you need to do all the Charr Primaries to be able to pick up the quest from Vael.
Then complete the quests involving him and the captain and he shows up outside the door as a collector.

That's because you were searching by the wrong name. Try "Mask of the Mo Zing" and see what pops up.
