Speculating about Livia in GWII based on GWEN

--Spoiler Alert--
OK so many of us have already finished the main quest line and seen the last movie where Ogdan makes his predictions about the future of Tyria.

The one that really intrigued me was the scene showing Livia, approaching the Scepter of Orr. She talked about it in an earlier cinematic, but here we see her actually finding it. The quotation is: "And many more sacrifices will be made"

Now, we all know what Livia wants, we all know she's Shining Blade... Now the question is: is she marked for some sort of Sarah Kerrigan like transformation into a horrible antagonist in GW2? More and more I begin to think so. The way the Scepter is presented in the game and rather cryptic way in which her affiliation with the Scepter is presented leads me to think that whatever happens with her and the Scepter, it will not be good.

So the issue is: is the Scepter of Orr inherently evil? Was the Lich evil even before he got the Scepter or did the Scepter make him that way?

Personally I would hate to see Livia turn into the next big boss in GW2 (I hate killing hot chicks).

There's a quest in the Desolation that states that the scepter of Orr and its twin, the Staff of the Mists, were given to men as a gift, for they possessed great power. However, it also states that both staves were discovered to corrupt the owner, and so they were to be sealed.
The owner of the Scepter of Orr was killed and, in his tomb, the scepter was sealed with him. That was until the Lich took hand of it. He was already evil, corrupted by the power of Abbadon, but nonetheless, it his possible it may have affected him somehow.

Because of the scepter's backstory, then, I believe Livia will indeed be corrupted. But, unless the scepter gives eternal or longer life, she'd be dead by the time GW2 starts.

Edit: If she is still alive, I doubt she'll remain a hot chick. You know, 200 would change great part of her body.

The Lich was evil before he had the scepter, and even before he became a lich, he was a worshipper of Abbadon. And Livia also mentions that She is going to Arah in the ending room after the final boss.

Where is Arah?

And if she does become corrupted by the power of the Scepter, she will mostly likely gain some sort of unnatural immortality and never age. She'll still be hot, but in a sort of queen of the evil dead sort of way.

I propose that Anet make it so that in GW2 you get the option of freeing Livia and then get her back into your party. That way we have a very direct connection to the GW1.

And let's face it, Livia is totally the best part of GW:EN lolz

Arah is the capital of the Human Kingdom of Orr. It's the city of the gods, the place they lived before the Exodus and the place from where the Lich first lived.

Shuuda, I was under the impression that the Vizier was not a follower of Abadon before he became the lich. I believe that, much like Shiro, he was corrupted without even knowing what was corrupting him.
If my memory doesn't fail, he was shown the location of Abbadon's littany by a follower of abbadon named Terrick. He then read the littany and it corrupted him, making him the lich and turning all other orrians to undead that he could control.

He was, the demon Razakel posing as Terick Corrupted Vizier, the Cataclysm was intentionally done in order to destroy Arah. (And the rest of Orr)

Who knows... but it does definatly allow for her to be an interesting way to bridge GW1 w/ GW2.
