Guild / Hall Question

Just a quick question...

I have made my own guild/cape, gotten a hall, and paid for the storage and merchant NPCs. I was wondering if I make a new guild (or somehow change the name?) if I can keep the hall. I only ask this because to be honest, the guild name is stupid - and I just want a new name.

1. Can the guild name be changed?
2. If a new guild is created, any way to transfer the hall?



Sorry for the noobish question, but thanks for any responses.

If you create a new guild name you have to basically disband the entire guild, and delete it. Which means the entire hall will be gone, together with everything in it.
