Still having issues with Gwen T_T

Alright, so I trusted Anet and NCsoft to have fixed the problems Ive been having with GWEN and Guildwars in general lately. They have tried everything and are blaming my hardware for the issues.

Now right now, I am running Oblivion at the high setting with NO issues. I freeze whenever I try to do something in GW though.

I noticed another issue when I try to install Bioshock it freezes halfway threw. In both issues I freeze and the last sound playing muffles and repeats most of the time. Can someone please help me?

Specs on your computer please? Proc, RAM, Video Card, Video driver version, Sound card, audio driver version ect...

Proc: Amd Athlon 64 Processor 3200+
1.5 Gb of Ram
Nvidia Geforce 7600Gs: July 26th 2007 Drivers
Windows Xp SP2

Did the NCsoft support tell you

"We have tried everything we know to help you and have determined it is a hardware problem. We suggest submitting your computer to repair center."

They haven't said anything to me since even when i asked a simple question with color ratios.
