PvE Skill Snowstorm not able to be gotten now for many?

I noticed this skill should have been gotten through a quest I did during the preview. It is a fairly known issue that if you did the quest during the preview, you can now not get the skill in game.

Will this be fixed or whats?

This kinda stinks, I can't get that, and Great Dwarf Armor, Great Dwarf Weapon, Light of Deldrimor

I can't do them because I participated in the Preview Event

For my attempt to understand you trying to say, this should have been gotten skill issue is a now known bug. Gaile Gray say Developers is should work on making this now know bug fix.
