Izzy has said that Warriors aren't meant to be able to combat conditions by themselves, which is the reason why "I Will Survive!" is so weak. The fact that this is so much stronger means this would need a rebalance if implemented.

Mending touch would cost more energy if you were to attempt to take out 3 or more conditions.
