Store says I use euros

and it is wrong
I've never left America but the online in-game store says everything is to be purchased in euros. I've made sure my NC account says America, and it does. The store won't accept American credit cards because it apparently thinks I'm in Europe. I really need a fix to this, the question tickets are just running me around in circles saying "sorry, we can't really do anything, here is an irrelivant link" and I'm not gonna be screwed out of my pre-order discount or bonus mission pack! Please post a remedy, this is making me sick.

Were you on the europe servers? Check that first.

FYI, the time for the pre-order has passed. There was no discount, just a down payment kind of thing. Best I can tell you is keep the ticket open and keep bitching. There was another thread about this but I don't remember if it was resolved.

Nope, I'm on the American servers, always have been.
I saw that other thread but it looks pretty dead....friggin sad.
Also, my pre-order is only good for the site.
