Warrior Shout Skill: "Ironic, isn't it?"

Shout. Target foe is healed for 100...60. For 10 seconds nothing happens. When this shout ends, target foe suffers 20 damage for every rank in Tactics. (Attribute, Tactics)

The only problem I find with this idea is that this is a shout that is acting like a hex, so it might make more sense to put it on a mesmer, seeing as warriors don't use hexes. In that case, here is how it would be.

16 illusion magic or tactics=320 unstoppable damage

A seriously overpowering idea. Not interested.

Tone down the power to 10 per rank (or less) and make it conditional on the Warrior (or Mesmer) staying alive for the duration.... and you MIGHT be on to a slightly workable idea.

Also, its kinda similar to [skill]Illusion_of_Pain[/skill]. Maybe balance it out too be like that instead of just an instant kill move.

Only if Anet lets us follow it up with "It's like RAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIN on your wedding day!"
