Well I for once find the looks of the current GH henchies rather boring
Maybe there could be another upgrade that could be bought at the Guild Lord - to "hire" new types of henchman.
It shouldn't cost too much. Maybe 10-25K.
The skill bars can be the same (or can change too ) but the looks would be different...

This isn't anything major since it's just a skin change for those who want to make their halls more good looking...
So - what do you think?

Why not? A ton of basic NPC models already exist. Swapping some out can't be a huge problem... right?

I'm all about some aesthetics. XD

I'd love to see the Henchmen according to the area.

Ascalon theme: Ascalonian Henchmen.
Istan theme: Istani henchmen.
Luxon theme: Luxon henchmen.
