i sold a 15^50 non-inscribable one for 15k yesterday.
highest offer i got was 20k.
so i'd say in the 15-25k range, although i saw ppl trying to sell inscribable ones for over 50k, but then that was in the American districts ( where a 15% and -5 energy is not a damage mod apperently).
