If I am not mistaken the glint's challenge in central transfer chamber rewards dwarven points after clearing each wave (as well as I believe a bonus at the end). Seems like you could repeat that to keep farming.

If you go in a Prophercies outpost/town, turn on hard mode and have a look at some part of EotN map, you'll see the dungeon icons turn red like un-vanquished zones, so I guess HM and your tier 9 are coming soon

Can you still get morale boosts and random bonus from the hunt buffs in dungeons once you hit r8?

I haven't been able to get the blessings myself but others in the party can get them and i get the benefit of the morale boosts from them. unfortunately until hard mode (assuming) comes out i will have to party up with at least one human (heaven forbid) to get any help from the morale boosts. If ANet doesn't come out with HM soon you will have many people that are sitting at r8 in all EotN title tracks and unable to get morale boosts.
