new character classes?

so im getting eye of the north but im not really sure if the norn are playble in it or if only they will be available in gw2? like its unclear to me if the actually introduce 2 new playable new races as in each expansion before it or if there only npc norn characters. like and if you dont get 2 new playble "races" do you at least get acces to factions races if you buy it? if you dont get any new playable races is the point only to get new armor or skills or is this expansion like all pve or something?

im sorry if this was asked before but i couldnt find an answer by searching this site and google. so yeah i want to know if there new races and if not if theres some cool feature that compensates for not introducing new classes that are playable.

It's an expansion that requires L20 characters, so I don't really see why there should be compensation for it. The point, as stated in interviews, was to avoid needing a tutorial to focus more on the content.

do you get access to other expansion classes or at least some skills? like does eye of north share some skills till now unique to factions and nightfall, and also can you start a new character in eye of north or do you have to make one in any other expansion, get him to lvl 20 before going into eon?

Why would get gain access to things from other campaigns for buying EotN?

EotN does have new armor, heros, skills, weapon skins, and a some other things. Considering that EotN requires that a character be L20 to get there, the answer would be that you can't start a character there. You might want to read more about it at either the GuildWiki or GW Wiki.

norn are only playable in GW2
you cant start a character in GWEN , you must make 1 person fron either campaign then do quest to get to GWEN

EotN does have skills from all 3 campaigns, however you'll need the appropriate campaign to make use of those skills should you cap them from bosses.

one last questions, does buying eye of the north give you extra character slot or not?
