Question about Henchmen builds and Glacier Griffon

I tried the world famous search and came up with nothing so my questions are. What are the builds that the henchmen use in GWEN. I can tell they are much better then what was previously used. I am at work so I can't get on either wiki (this crazy place blocks them for some reason). My 2nd question is what is a good build or a working build for a ranger to use against the spirit spamming Glacier Griffon. Thx in advance for any and all help.

Well I dont know, but I do want to know the answer as well, I am having trouble with the spirit spammer too, as a ranger.

Just poison and bleed him, he has no healing skills. Stay out of agro.
