I just purged my account...

And i love it! All my characters are deleted, i sold all hero items for cash and i converted most stuff into norn powerups. Now i re made my little monkie Rhona in pre sear and i instantly enjoy the game again.

Just relaxing, strolling trough the fields and knowing a stash full of wealth and power is waiting when i get to post sear... It's so much more fun then the ordeal of taking eight characters in a row trough GW:EN.

I learned my lesson: No more then one character for me!

Okay? No more new minipets for you either.

me, I like having variety, although I've been letting my ele collect dust alot lately, and my necro is slowly going that way as well now that I have heroes that Mm better than I can. :O

Actually, i stored some minis form my other characters. I may have downsised, but all my work is far from lost. And with all those norn cups i now have, legendary survivor should come smooth.

Nice to have all skills unlocked for my future heroes too.

Done that before, myself. I now only play 1 char. Could never drag so many through the game anyway, not enough replay value IMO.

I haven't purged my account or deleted any of my characters, but I have sold all their stuff and made about 400k off of all of it.

Plus my storage is full.

Buying a 2nd account was a much less drastic step that got the same effect for me.

Well, I've got 9 PvE characters and I'm only attached to 3(war ranger and ele)

I was thinking of stripping the other 6 and just leaving them with one weapon set and armor, then just leaving them there for occasional boredom and mini-pet farming. I couldn't delete them though, too much time invested.

I only play one character nowadays too but I didn't delete any of my old ones - using them as mules (full storage lol) and a very slow mini factory lol

I just bought a second account and on my first account I only have 3 main, the rest collect dust and mini-pets

I have specific uses for some of my characters...warrior is the title mule which is really slow going. Monk is the UW/FoW/Bergen HM farmer(most recently used to farm items and bows for my new favorite char, my ranger)...ele is sitting around waiting for alliance warriors to challenge someone to 1V1...

Necro is pretty much there to SS the underworld when I feel like it, or to help guildies with Vizunah Square mission as an MM...although I can do a better job with my splinter/barrage ranger with Livia as MM and Xandra as explosive growth. Sin...dunno. Shes fun to just mess around with...but nothing specific as most of the good PvP and farm sin skills are nightfall, which I don't have.

Ritualist...was fun for a while and occasionally take to FA, but not often.

After gwen came out I realized that I should focus on one character and thats what I'm doing.
I don't have the heart to delete my other characters which I will play eventually but its not the same as older chapters where I was taking 3 or 4 characters at the same time thru the chapter.

this time around I will do one at a time.

Warrior is my most oldest char. I played proph, NF and Factions whit it. I also used to farm ectos but not anymore(ecto price is rubbish)

I also have Monk(lvl16 survivor) Necro, Dervish, Ele and sin. I mostly play whit Dervish. Necro, ele, war & sin are collecting nice pile of dust.

I Have spent over 700k on all chars and would never ever think about deleting them all..

Haven't deleted mine, but I play 5/6 or so of my time on a single character (ranger) and the rest on my ritualist.

Cutting down to 2 characters was good for me, I focus more, have more fun. I love playing ranger; I chose ritualist as my other option since I wanted a flexible player that could act in a party-support/healing role, but wouldn't have to (can blast/spirit spam). Debating replacing him with a paragon, not sure though; paragon might suit the role better, able to do either party buffing or offense equally well, but I do enjoy ritualists.

Could never delete my ranger - though I'd love to have survivor on her, I know I could have done it had I tried, but since she was born in April 2005 it's just not to be. Not about to re-roll her.

a fiew weeks ago i decided to clear my account a little, so i deleated my young (oldest was less than 3 months old with almost no game time on them)double characters (same proffesions as other higher levels), they were also the characters started on nightfall; for me they didnt work out as well as the ones started on other campaigns.

i have my main, who i spend the most time on and is the most advanced (with campaings, armour, skills, faction), and my others who are all at various stages (including a perma pre), some quite advanced, some not, but i stil wouldnt delite any of them at the moment; even if the aren't ususea alot, they have helped to refill my storage and are another source of farming items and cash.

all need is a monk and warrior

hmmm....I have 8. Maybe go down to 2. Keep my ranger and my paragon.

That would get rid of a lot of armor, and open up slots. I've played enough that I could pretty much run up a character in a week if I wanted it, anyway.

It would freshen up the game, as well.
