New skill for PvP.
Rocky Raccoon
I think a skill called camouflage would be great for PvP. The skill would take your dot off the map for so many seconds, your character would still be visible to been seen but not the indicator dot. This skill would allow you to sneak up on someone if they weren't being attentive. Constructive criticism please.

Hmm sounds alittle useless for taking up a skill slot, if it made you "fade" alittle however, see through but still visible that may be cool, and also when you use it, if anyone is currently locked on you they disengage and have to target you again (tab)
Hawkeye
Breaks down the 4th wall a bit. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't have a problem with it. The green dots aren't supposed to be what the 'in character' player can see. Therefore, any disadvantage to the player ought to be 'in character'. I suppose you could also fade the screen when you're blinded or flip the screen upside down when you're dazed. It isn't you that's supposed to have these effects but the character.
Unfortunately, there's no good way of implementing 'stealth' for pvp either, since if everything is 'in character', you know full and well when a character is in stealth mode, and can therefore play accordingly. At best, you give a bonus to being able to block or something. It just isn't a good idea with the way the engine works.

it would be better to have a skill like this
Blink out
10e 1/4 sec cast 60 sec recharge
you blink out causing all targeting to disengage, all spells currently be cast on you fail.
and an elite version
Blinking escape
10e 1/4 sec cast 30 sec recharge
you blink out causing all targeting to disengage, and all spells currently being cast on you to fail, you shadow step to the nearest ally and cannot be the target of spells for 2 seconds.
that would not break down the 4th wall and would provide some sneakiness to get some people, or to run away.
