i get this error message saying cannot boot bla bla..

at the bottom it says
techical info

Any help?

Insert windows disk and format.

if that doesnt work, your hard drive or some other hardware is messed

You might want to run a memory test a few times before reinstalling Windows.

i found out whats happened, my hard drive has died. thanks for the help all =]
