Beating GWEN & GW2

I was wondering, my ranger has beat GWEN, and I've brought my other characters with elite armor over and put their armors on display in the Hall of Monuments. When Guild Wars 2 comes out, will all my characters be able to access al of my titles, armors, etc. in the Hall of Monuments? Or is that based on character? Like, how does that work? lol Thanks!

P.S. I've heard that Guild Wars 2 isn't out until sometime in 2009. I thought it was out like next year around Christmas. Anyone know the story on that?

Last we have been told is GW2 will go into beta testing late next year, and be released sometime in 09-10. As to how it will work, it has been implied/suggested that it is per character, other than that we don't know.

And it isn't a direct transfer anyway, stuff in the HoM gives you stuff in GW2, but not the same stuff.

Yea it is a direct transfer. The only thing im worried about is working so hard for a title and getting some crappy special mini pet in guild wars 2.

Or even a cool sword...I kinda want more out of it. Like the title itself. Hopefully anet has some good ideas to REALLY reward people from HoM.

Wrong, no such thing as direct transfer, what you put on show you can't use it in GW2 but they will unlock something for you to use in GW2. Don't believe me? Go dig around at the riverside for the thread about GW2 & HOM.

I think he was trying to agree that it isn't and it was just a typo.
