One thing I really like in Guild Wars is the versitility of changing attribute points to suite differant situations or just to try something differant with your characters. You essentially never screw up in leveling!!!
I think it might be a cool idea to be able to change a character's height or maybe even appearence even after you made a character. For example since I have a couple lvl 20s that I don't want to delete but seem alittile too short or too tall. I woulden't want to delete them and make a new character so maybe I could still change their apperances.

-haircuts you can buy
etc..
