Is it possible to merge accounts?

Ok, when my brother got factions for me, he made a second account. So now I got an account with prophecies+nightfall and a factions account. Is it possible to merge them into 1 account?

To be honest I don't think its possible. Since your brother created a account for Factions.

No it is not possible to merge accounts. However ANet support have done it in the past.

You can try by emailing Support however the only way they would possibly do it would be to delete your Factions account and issue you with a new Serial Number which you could then add to your account, so anything you have done/achieved on your Factions account would be lost.

That's exactly what I want. I've achieved nothing on my factions besides a MM and 1 glad point.

So where is the tech support thingy? xD

I was emailed a new CD-key ^^ it took a week and a half but yea. Now I'm happily playing with a sin on my main account..

- Deactivate the access key of the new Guild Wars Factions Collector's Edition game account
- Issue you with a new and unused Guild Wars Factions Collector's Edition access key which you then can use to upgrade your original game account ~removed~

The My old key here access key you previously sent us will NO LONGER BE VALID.

You are being issued this NEW replacement key my new key here to add to your Guild Wars game account.

In order to add your access Key to your existing account, please make sure of the following:

- Open the game client
- Click on 'Create Account or Add Access Key'
- Select 'Add the Access Key to an existing Guild Wars account'
- Enter your game password
- Click on 'Next'
- Enter your access key
- Click on 'Next'

NOTE! - We recommend that you keep this e-mail with access key in a safe place for possible future verification purposes.

So it all turned out good. If anyone else has a problem like this, email them the account names, passwords, what was on the accounts and all CD-keys on the accounts (if you're able to)

Thanks for letting us know but you left your email address in (which I edited out). That is a really good way to get your account hacked. You might want to be more careful in the future.
