We have now verified that you have indeed created separate accounts by mistake. To resolve this issue, we would like to make the following ONE-TIME offer of reissuing you the latest Guild Wars access key you used to create an account.
If you accept our offer we will proceed as follows:
- Deactivate the access key of the new Guild Wars Factions Collector's Edition game account
- Issue you with a new and unused Guild Wars Factions Collector's Edition access key which you then can use to upgrade your original game account ~removed~
The game account we deactivate...
...can be reactivated with a new and unused access key of the same campaign (Prophecies, Factions or Nightfall)
...will not lose any characters, items or gold
PLEASE NOTE...
...that it is not possible to transfer characters, gold or items from one game account to another
...that from the time your access key is deactivated you will not have any access to the characters created in this account

Dear Alex,
Thank you for replying and accepting our offer to reissue your access key.
The My old key here access key you previously sent us will NO LONGER BE VALID.
You are being issued this NEW replacement key my new key here

to add to your Guild Wars game account.
In order to add your access Key to your existing account, please make sure of the following:
- Open the game client
- Click on 'Create Account or Add Access Key'
- Select 'Add the Access Key to an existing Guild Wars account'
- Enter your game password
- Click on 'Next'
- Enter your access key
- Click on 'Next'
NOTE! - We recommend that you keep this e-mail with access key in a safe place for possible future verification purposes.

So it all turned out good. If anyone else has a problem like this, email them the account names, passwords, what was on the accounts and all CD-keys on the accounts (if you're able to)
