Have 400k+ Balthazar Faction and/or... r3+/Champ1+/Glad2+
Know what to do, or be willing to learn.
Know where the repair kit is

Guild just started, so we're pretty much looking for core... SoD/LoD-Infuse, Mesmers (+other possible midlines), Flagger (That can play monk, ele flaggers and others...)
