Prophesies: Riverside province Bonus mission...
Nothing like spending 2.5 hours on one run, painstakingly pulling 1 mob at a time, pinning down, and slaughtering the bugger.
Not a hard mission, but when you take a wrong turn and run headlong into a horde of undead you weren't ready for 75 minutes into the mission, pucker factor hits 30. XD

Gate of Madness. Took me two attempts to complete. I've not come across anything impossible as of yet. I've not finished GW:EN yet so I can't say for sure how hard the missions will be in comparison.

The most irritated I've ever been was when I took my first Factions character (my ele) to Tahnnakai Temple. I just couldn't beat it! I left it for months before coming back to finish it off. To this day I still don't know what I was doing wrong, because my mesmer breezed through it!
The most fun I've had lately was when I got Then and Now, Here and There and suddenly I was back in the Diessa Lowlands for the first time in a long, long time. The whole quest made me smile.
