Nope. No new character slot. You need to pony up and spend $9.99 if you want a new slot.

so i mean no new character classes only new armor/weapons and new missions is all eye of north has to offer? its cool if it is just would like to know before i buy.

Nope, no new classes to play. Just armor, skills, weapons, missions and new areas to explore.
