PlanNC Question??

I own all Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall and have completed all 3 of them a few months ago.

However earlier I logged on to my PlayNC account and noticed it said this msg:



I then clicked the link where it said 'you have 2 unused..'

and it came up with this:



Is that normal?? Because I own all 3 campaings and have completed them now and is that saying that I havent used my key yet or something??

Also If its telling me my purchased codes then howcome it doesnt show prophecies on there.

anyways I ticked factions to test and then clicked continue and it goes to this screen:



does this happen to anyone else? and can someone please explain what it means by it.

could someone please tell me if I should contact plaync support about this since the games seem to work for me.

Should I contact them just in case or leave it as it is??

Wow lucky you! jk I'm dealing with the opposite problem where they've taken keys away from me that were enabled on my account. I would definitely contact support about this. Even if it isn't affecting your play, there's a chance that the system might flag you as attempting fraud or something and if that happens you need to have a record to prove that you informed support of the problem. It also might prove problematic in the future and with the slow response times from support right now it would be in your best interest to at least have a foot in the door.
