Hero Handbook
Grenths Ire
I noticed, quite by accident, while looking at stuff at wiki, that there is a new addition in the form of the Hero's Handbook. Apparently it is supposed to appear in our inventory. If I sound a bit befuddled it is because there is no such item in my inventory. I played in the sneak peak and bought GWEN on Sat. Sept. 2. Any one have any input for me please?

It doesn't appear in your inventory - you have to ask for it. There is a person in each factions area (dwarf, asura, norn) who will give you a book if you ask. There is also a Dungeon Master's Guide.
Unfortunately I learned of this right after I beat GWEN, so now I get to go back and do it again to fill out the book. lol

The Hero's Handbook is an item you carry around in your inventory. Completing primary quests will add an entry to the Handbook. Upon completion of all 16 Primary Quests you may turn it in to Tyr the Skaald (Norn), Kodan (Deldrimor), Lexx (Asura), or Gedrel of Ascalon (Ebon Vanguard). You will recieve 2,500 points towards the title track of the race you turn the book into. You may then start a new book and redo all primary quests again.
Rofl, actually if you read carefully the quote that you posted you'll see that it makes no mention there that receive the books from the listed npcs, it only notes that you return the books to them. Currently a person would need to click on one of the npcs names in wiki to read that the npc provides the book.

The Hero's Handbook is an item you acquire from Tyr the Skaald (Norn), Kodan (Deldrimor), Lexx (Asura), or Gedrel of Ascalon (Ebon Vanguard). You carry it around in your inventory and fill it in by completing primary quests. Upon completion of all 16 Primary Quests you may turn it in to the race representatives mentioned above. You will receive 2,500 points towards the title track of the race you turn the book into. You do not need to turn it into the same race you got it from. You may then start a new book and redo all primary quests again for more reputation.
