Chose the star of the cutsene
StelardActek
During the preview event for EotN, I experienced an issue when playing with someone who had already downloaded the content. They got seperated from me, and as a result we both saw ourselves as the star of the cutscene before ending up in Boreal Station.
At that time, I thought the game had been changed so each player saw themselves as the star of the cutscene, rather than the party leader. And it made perfect sense; it seemed to match well with the 'I am the hero!' feeling fostered by the Hall of Monuments. I was disappointed when I found out that hadn't happened.
What I'm suggesting is an option to toggle who you see as the star in each cutscene. The party leader or yourself. I say option, because I'm sure some people would like the way things are now.
Reasons I think my idea is good:
* No fighting in parties over who is the leader. My group has done this, don't laugh.
* Aids the suspension-of-disbelief by not presenting the player with various different heroes all speaking with the same voice (in the case where you play with different party leaders).
* Would be just plain cool.

What should be better is a cinematic replay like the GW:EN one.
That way people would be able to see cinematics anytime and relay them as needed.

I can't see any problems in doing it this way, other than a possible increase in people complaining because they have people who aren't skipping the cutscenes for them.

Personally I'm upset that the whole party isn't included in the cutscenes anymore, just the party leader and the NPC's. I'd like to have multiple party members engaged in the conversation with NPC's as well.

although I think this kind of change would be way down on Anets priority list, it is a good idea.

Agyar
Guild Wars parties are only meant for one player, with seven heroes and henchmen.
