Vloxen Excavations problem/bug?

I finished the game, so there should not be any quests conflicting with the dungeon. I tried to find any similar issue related to any dungeons in guru guildwiki and wiki.guildwars but with no success. So I am hoping that I am just being an idiot and forgot something...
