PC on Gold Hale Portal Staff

I have this Hale Portal Staff

Buffed with perfect wrapping +30hp, head +30hp and inscribed +5 enrgy while affected by enchants.
Only thing it has a requiment of Energy Storage 12

12 sucks but most level 20 elementalist have it. or even more.
So why does it make it a bad staff then?

I'd like a prize check on my staff.
Ingame I asked some people, but only 2 gave a serious answer.

The price checks you got ingame aren't very accurate to say the least...
You made a mistake modded the staff, I suggest salvaging all 3 mods back off starting with +30hp wrap(3-4k)>30hphead(~1k)>inscription(500g). Then merch the staff as the req is too high and skin is rather common.

Agree with Jason just salvage mods as 1. Req is High most eles wont have 12 in energy storage and 2. Quite a common skin.
