New Game gone...

OK i went out and got the new game "eye of the north". Put in the code went to LA and got the quest. Ran the quest everything went smoth. The movie started and my computer locked up. Got everything started back up but i can not get to the new areas. The quest is gone and the guy does not still have it. How can i get to the new part of the game????
