4) Dmg +14%, AL -10 while attacking - can't be changed, just an easier way to refer to it
5) max of Enchanting - 20%
(not going to risk salvaging)

The thread says around ~60-90k for a 15%, and I know that non-perfect plunges down the price, but I'm not sure if it's enough to just send the bow to the merch like I do with most other ones. Thanks.

You say it's tyrian in which case the bow is worth no more than 8k or so.

5-8k imo...........
