Confusion about Rep. Points

I could've sworn I had about 4,500 Asura Reputation points but when I pressed the tab to check my titles a few hours later, I saw that the number had reached 7,500. Did I just mistake the amount of Asura reputation points I initially had, or did some kind of quest reward me with a lot?

I did a few of the Asura primaries, along with the Elusive Golemancer. Any input is more than welcome, thanks.

EDIT: Nevermind guys, I just did the quest with Gadd and it turns out the "mission" style rewards include lots of faction since it jumped from 7.5k to 11k upon completion.

I have not checked myself as I have not been playing much this week but I know that dungeons give you 3k points I think.
I too jumped to level 3 assura by just doing finding Gakk and the Elusive Golemancer

And of course every 25 points from a shriner will get you some bonuses, etc etc. I was amazed to find I had 6k dwarf from just mucking about in the depths.
