I'm no expert at caster items, that's why I require some assistance in this matter

See picture for stats:

Change the +5 energy to a +30 hp mod and you'll have an exakt copy of the The Scar Eater , it's even the same skin.

would be more than that imo... 20% healing non inscribable, low req...

It can be replicated with collector parts. Component wise its worth maybe 8-10k because of the Gold factor that some people buy into.
