As a leader of a guild that I share with my husband I have found that a it can be rather troublesome and expensive...and I have a few suggestions
1: A catagory of leadership between officer and leader...Executive Officer(s) or something
2: Being able to put titles next to officers would be nice
3: a Guild Treasury, and along with it the ability to tax the gold that members pick up in the hunting areas (not the gold gained from items sold) ...this would make it easier for some guilds to get the various vendors put into the guild hall
Suggestion for Guilds...

I led a very small guild a long time ago, before I moved and everyone left. I still have the hall, and as such, will share my experience with the Guild feature.
First of all, I don't see how an Executive Officer will expedite or help in the leadership aspect of running a guild. You'll have to elaborate what an Executive Officer could do.
Secondly, what do you mean by being able to put titles next to officers? Do you mean custom made text to indicate what you rank that person?
And lastly, a tax treasury is completely unnecessary. Like I said, I ran a small guild. I originally got the cape, the hall, and the cheapest NPCs by myself. For the more expensive ones, I asked for optional donations. (When I actually recruited members.)
Eventually, the small community within my guild pitched in and we got a fully stocked hall. These days I'm the only one who uses it...since I'm the last member!
