Doomlore Shrine is not classified as an Outpost. It has the classification and icon of a Town.
Yet, it does not have the facilities of a Town... No Rune Trader, no Dye Trader, and no Material Traders - both rare and common.
While these additions are not required for the game to make sense or anything, I think that having these facilities would just be "nice" and formal to what Towns have always had.
Or, ANet might be waiting to add to Doomlore Shrine at a later time...
Charr Armor, anyone?
Additions to Doomlore Shrine [Town]

hmm, i would like to see teleporting directly into dungeons
but i just reached the doomlore shrine yesterday, and was honestly not very impressed, the only town in charr homeland, and basically it sucks with just a little amount of NPC's and the merchant is a main character of the Charr storyline, i think he should be a different NPC from the merchant, and a few more NPC's should be added into this town.
Charr armor would look kick ass on rangers and warriors so im up for that too :P

I for one agree with this.
EotN is classified as an outpost and has all services.
Doomlore Shrine is classified as a town and has none.
This is in serious need of a fix.

They should either move the NPCs from the eye of the north to the shrine, switch icons, or add more NPCs to the shrine.
