guild faction disappearing?

well, i'm in a guild, and i whenever i AB i put my faction into it, but it disappears a little while later (like, a couple of days). i don't think that anyone else is putting in any, and now we have less than when i joined. is there a reason for that - like, can the guild leader use the faction to get whatever? or does it disappear whenenver someone gets luxon faction (we are a kurizck guild)? or is there just another reason altogether?

guilds and alliances lose a percentage of their faction everyday.

Yeah, I think Guilds lose alliance faction by about 10% everyday;
