ur own boss like aura!
the 55 warrior?!?
it would be cool if wen u beat the game u got a boss like aura that gets brighter depending on how many(out of the 3)campains u beat
NeonPink
uhm... no i'd hate that... and well... everyone would be walking around with one so...
1) everyone would look the same and 2) what would be the point in armour if you glow?
ANet would never impliment this because of lots of reasons =/ sorry

This would be cool as an effect caused by an Event tonic. Only in outposts.
Nothing else.
Nothing else.

I believe the Chaos gloves solve this, unless they're really not that bright and therefore barely noticeable to begin with. I think I'll keep my obsidian gauntlets...

As said maybe a consumable like a scroll would make this work.. if it was just in a Explorable Area/Mission then i actually think it'd be kinda cool

In Explorables or arenas that would be confusing. NPCs get that aura in arenas.
Bosses get that aura in explorables.
Who want's to target your party warrior instead bonetti when clearing the area in hard mode?

If you want excessively glowing armor, go play World of Warcraft. Glow doesn't fit as well with GW's art.
Stolen Souls
Full Chaos set FTW!!
...not really >.>
Having an aura is something I can do without. Like was mentioned, if it was acquired by beating the games, everyone would have it, and it wouldn't be special in any way....besides to label people that don't have the aura yet as noobs.
"glf Monk. must have r3 aura!"

That'd be a fun tonic. I'd love to have a temporary boss sheen.
Make it toggleable, though. I have enough fun moving through crowded outposts as it is without having to load up a bunch of shiny/glowy people. XD

Whenever one of your primary attributes is boosted beyound 12+3+1=16, you get a boss aura, as an indicator your attribute pool is beyound "normal" (much like lvl 20 bosses' are too).
I'm sure this'll make AB alot more awesome.

I don't want to be a boss.

This would b pretty cool, but only if Anet did it right. they should have a scroll that drops that boosts you primary stat(or sumthing like that) for say 3 mins and while it does that you have a glow. Or maby as sumone alrdy said a tonic, but i like the scroll more(it would b pve only over course).

If someone goes past 16 in any attribute, they automatically gain a Boss Aura.
It's not a title. It's not something that everyone and their mom will want to have. It's something that people who focus on a certain attribute will gain. And it will be fairly difficult to gain it while in a town or outpost.
After all, why does everything have to be a title?
I can see mostly Elementalist having this up in battle (16+GoEP or 16+Elemental Lord), but it would only appear when they've "broken the barrier".
Blessings, Grails of Might, etc. would also allow people to temporarily break the barrier.
/Signed for this. If people don't like the affect, they can always just turn it off.

it might be fun for a tonic, but would be impractical otherwise. Unless it was tied to a title and you could turn it on or off.
pamelf
Interesting idea, but I think it would get annoying after a while.
I agree that it would be great if it were tied to a title though!
