Pc on a perfect req9 non inscrib Shadow Blade

If anyone could give me a Pc on a Req9 15^50 20/20 sundering and hp +30 Shadow Blade non inscribable that would be great ty

Skin is quite unpopular, I'd suggest salvaging the 20/20(15-18k) and +30hp(12-14k) off with a perfect salvage kit and then trying to sell the clean sword for ~15k.
