When no quests are found, what then?

I can't find any other quests after Ranik and Grinich Courthouse and the first two towns. What do you do when you dont have any more blue quest marks on npcs? I'm a level 12. Do I just head out in a direction hoping to find something?

Warmaster Riga... I think.
Toutatis
Yup, it's Warmaster Riga in Frontier Gate. He give sthe "Ruins of Surmia" quest which leads to the Ruins of Surmia mission

Do missions. They're the easiest way to get around the map, giving you exp in the process especially since this weekend is triple mission exp weekend.

Yeah, you should always have a primary quest to do.
If regular quests are out, then theres some in the area where you get the next primary quest.
