imo salvage -5 20% sell for 20-25k then salvage +30 sell for 8-10k then shield maybe 8-12k use perfect salvage kit

Agreed, perfect salvage -5/20 and sell for 18-20k, then +30hp and sell for 9-10k and after try sell the shield for 7-10k.
